Initial Client Consultation
A member of our team will meet with you to identify and evaluate your home renovation objectives.
We are interested in who uses the space and what areas you are looking to improve upon. We want to
hear your ideas for this transformation! We will offer our experience and professional guidance to
conceptualize your vision with our expertise
General Scope of Work and Project Budget
Upon the initial consult, our team will review the General Scope of Work, proposed budget and
schedule required for your renovations. We will then provide you with a Preliminary Estimate based
on this information.
Concept to Completion Design Service*
During our design service period, our team will take detailed measurements, including CAD design,
material sourcing & discussing predefined Selections for your project. We will collaborate with our
in-house architect to create your final Construction Documents. Upon approval of these documents, we
will prepare your building permit application for submission.
*There is a fee associated with our Concept to Completion. It is non-refundable and will be
credited toward the final cost of your renovation.
Construction Agreement
Once the Construction Documents and Specifications for your home are approved, we will present the
Construction Contract for execution.
